Krishna asked Yudhishtira and Duryodhana to to randomly survey and report about the people they came across.
Duryondhana came back and reported that he found all the people to be evil.
Yudhishtira came back and reported that he found all the people to be good.

Dear Sir,
It could be present in the Mahabharat because Yuddhisthira was always the one who was a bit too good natured but lacking viveka at times hence may be he only focussed on goodness in others without thinking of potential danger in anyone.

Bhima was mostly in fighting mode.

Nakul and Sahadeva were like supporting actors..no major roles at all.

Hence none of them received the Gita.

Arjuna was the most balanced of the Pandavas hence he got the Gita.

But my personal favorite is Karna.
