In today's telegraph (Kolkatat edition) I have read that 150 muslims have gone to mecca using haj committee's recommendations in murshidabad of westbengal to beg in mecca and other places to beg and square up their loans they have taken for various reasons in their hometown. A big rocket is going on in this issue and saudi govt. has found out this. As per the rule one cannot visit mecca under the haj pilgrimage committee's approval with in 5 years from the first trip and if they are handicapped,crippled or lunatic. It seems all these rules are overlooked. More than one passport has been issued after filing FIR. See how the Indian government is cheated under the name of pilgrimage where many people are suffering to get passport on genuine grounds.
