In some thread i have seen orange skin thuvaiyal. i don't know to post there itself this menu. hence i am giving separately.

konjam oil suda vaithu athil kadugu, perungayam, karuveppilai, finely chopped green chiili ellam thalithu, then orange skind pottu vathakkia piragu, gettiyaga puliai karaithuvittu uppum serthu nandraga kothikka vidanum. pachai vasanai poi, nalla manam varumbothu siridhu vellathai pottu kothikka vittu, gettiyaga irakkinal, asathalana orange skin pachadi ready.

Indha methodilaye, ladies finger pottu panninal, that is called "vendaikkai pachadi", kolinchikkai pottu panninal, kolunjikkai pachadi.
