Some observations from a person who is caught in a snow storm!
You can use the above calendar for 2018 and 2019 too with this change for the months columns
2018: (Jan,Oct) May Aug (Feb,Mar, Nov) June, (Sep,Dec) , (Apr,Jul) - January 1st is Monday in 2018
2019: (Apr,Jul), (Jan,Oct) May Aug (Feb,Mar, Nov) June, (Sep,Dec) , January 1st is Tuesday in 2019
With a little bit of twiddling you ca make the above an universal calendar (Leap years the column groups will change)
When you look at the columns for 2018, months columns of 2017 is rotated (circularly) right once.
