In a dry pan...roast;
Mustard seeds----3 spoons
fenugreek seeds ( little dark brown color)---2 spoons
asafoetida (powder) --- 4 tsp
Red chillies --- 10
and powder it..
Keep ready:
ginger grated ----- 4tsp
green chillies-----10 cut into pieces..
salt---- 10tsp.
turmeric powder---1 tsp
Mix it well.
Then now cut yellow lemons 10 into small pieces..
Now add the powder, ginger, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder.(you can make it as a paste too, but I add it just like that..)
how about some more contributions to try here, for this year...amla, mango, lemon, yam, anything under the sun....sunkan
