Need help with Upanayanam Muhurtham time

We are planning to do Upanayanam for our son on Wednesday, Feb 21st, 2024 in Bangalore, India.

We have been given two Muhurtams for this date:
Option 1: 10:00am to 11:00am
Option 2: 6:00am to 7:30am

Son's nakshatram: Aahilyam
Father's nakshatram (my husband): Jeshta (Kettai)

What is plus and minus for both muhurtam times? Can someone please advice?
