Nectar collected in the Head and "Shuklambaradharam Vishnum..."

Can anyone explain this from the Sandhyavandanam book by P Seshadri re: Shuklambaradharam Vishmum...It is written that "imagine that the nectar collected in the head according to the Yogasastras is entering into each nerve". Where can I find this in our scriptures; and secondly, how is it linked to the mantra "Shuklambaradharam Vishmum"
