one has to admire the enterprise ,hard work along with his ability to accept the hazards by way of bribe taking cops and BMC health inpectors to make a honest living.

Delhi is coming out with a street hawker law to enable these types of guys to make a living untroubled by law enforcing authorities.

a real issue is how hygenic these foods are and how clean are their premises where the foods are cooked.

At my location in delhi , there are similar people from deep south who set up shops in corridors of shopping centres .later on they expand to get shop one after the

other add more shops in other shopping centres . I now I find one clan from south owning four shops in three shopping centres near my place selling idli ,vada .dosa
