Minty Buttermilk
Good for Summer

- 30 gm low fat curds
- 10-12 mint leaves
- A few coriander leaves
- Jeera powder
- Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water and a few ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
