  • 30 gm low fat curds
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • A few coriander leaves

  • Jeera powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
Method

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Add 1/2 cup of cold water and a few ice cubes.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
