I have it but it's in a printed book and I can't type Tamil nor know it well enough for a proper translation (just learning the language) but I wish you luck and I bet someone here CAN actually help you (unlike myself :)
I am tending to a family matter about 700 miles from home at the moment but I can scan it for your when I return.
I was at the Mandir yesterday where I could get it but it was Kalikambal Puja and very busy. I haven't forgotten about this.

I have searched and search and search for this in every book I have access too and while I thought for sure I had it somewhere I do not. I apologize for seeming misleading. Good luck in your search.
