Manjal Pathrikai for Tamil Brahmin weddings - a question

For the Manjal Pathrikai, some seek the blessings of our traditional Sringeri Peetham, and others from the Kanchi Peetham. Which one is the most appropriate? Can we seek from both while wording the Pathirikai, if we wish to do so and are connected with both?
I think Iyers who hail from Madurai and beyond are followers of Sringeri Mutt and Iyers from Tanjore and Trichy are followers of Kanchi Mutt. Accordingly, Iyers seek the blessings from their concerned Mutt. If it is inter district marriage both Mutts may appear.

the word "" manjal pathrikai'' is wrong. the real meaning of the word in tamil cannot be mentioned here.
so use appropriate word. its best to follow one Guru. dont try to ride on 2 horses at the same time. u will be confused as to who to call when u r in distress. follow only guru, one ishta deivam and respect other gurus .

Primarily it relates to Tanjore and Trichy Districts. I don't think followers of Sringeri will do this.
