Mango kesari.

1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp ghee 1 1/12 cup mango pulp.

Pressure cook. Release the pressure manually.

Then add double roasted 1/2 cup rawa.

Close it . Keep for 20 minutes.

Yummy mango kesari.

Dear PJ ji,

Sounds very interesting, but I have few questions...We pressure cook just the mango pulp or along with sugar and ghee? Also what is 1 1/12 cup....I think it should be 1 1/2 cup. Probably a minor mistake.
