pl clarify

1 i am performing the mahalayan on thwadasi ththi which is my fathers srardha thithi and feeding brahmins every year.
my beloved mother passed away on 15/05/2011 pl let me know whether i have to engage additional brahmanal and if so totally how many brahmins to be fed and the reason behind it i mean eppadi varikkapadavendum.

for the sapathika matha ie father's first wife what is the sangalpam.

There is no need to engage additional brahmins. now I have given details about mahalayam sratham in the doubt thread . kindly go through it. please feel free to ask any doubts.

Maximum 6 sastrigals can be engaged. Only in sankalpam the sastrigal will say now mathru, pithamahi and prapithamahi. last year sankalpam must be as pithamahe, pithuh pithamahe and pithuhprapithamahe . For father's first wife sapathni matha must be added.
