Lord Jagannatha

Worship of Lord Jagannatha is popular mainly in Orissa and is also prevalant amongst east Indians such as Bengalis.

The name and the deity might be called differently but all are same...so worshipping Lord Jagannatha is no diff from worshipping Lord Venkateshwara.

Sometimes these things are just the regional flavours.

Regards.
