Pranams to all,

Everyday we have been hearing breaking news of exposing corruption in major level, scams, scandals like, Sathyam, 2G, Granite Scam, Saradha Group Scandal, Voda Phone tax scandal, etc to name few, as the list is lengthy and there are irregularities taking place now and then. It is reported that more than 12 whistle blowers are done to death and more than 40 who have sought information under Right to Information Act are living in a cloud of fear.

While one group is merrily involved in swindling public money by way of scandals, the other section which exposes these economic offenses are facing threat.

Our Country's growth is undermined by such corruption and scandals.

The law enforcing agencies are having tough time in dealing with such offences.

Let us pray the Almighty that the Whistle Blowers be blessed in life with enough strength, courage and long life to face the challenges and threats.

Let us continue our journey of creating awareness against corruption and thus serve the society.

You are right. While on one hand the Dailies, Magazines, Media, etc strieve hard to expose the corruption, but on the other hand everyday something new crop up. Solution...? I just remember the song

The correct line is காதறுந்த ஊசியும் தான் வாராது காண் கடைவழிக்கே.

That said, one cannot be a hermit in this life and has to look after one's wife, children, dependent parents etc. For this one has to earn money or create wealth in some form or another. People follow another equally old saying:
காற்றுள்ளபோதே தூற்றிக்கொள்.

How are other countries tackling the whistle blowers...In U.S, I.R.S rewards whistle blowers 30% of unpaid fines and taxes recouped by the Government...Dinesh Thakur who exposed the dubious manufacturing practices at Ranbaxy got a reward of USD 48 Million from Federal authorities

Let us not hound these guys...But let us support as a nation the whistle blowers
