many drivers used to drink and drive in the night travel buses.....NALLA KUDIMAGAN ....BOTTLE WITH WATER IN THE BUS CABIN...

The other day I was at the mall parking lot. And I watched a young man text while he was behind the wheels and the car was moving... it was so shocking to witness it. I noted down the license plate and thought of calling police to report this, but then something told me not to... I should have... only drivers like this cause damage to innocent passers-by and other innocent drivers.
