I want to know details about having pooja on kaveri river during
ashada masa. Some body told that the first 18 days is considered
as rajaswala period for kaveri reiver. So doing pooja for kaveri river
and taking bath in kaveri river is not advisable for that period.
Is this concert is true.

only three days from first to third in aadi month is the rajaswala period. not only for cauvery but also to all rivers. there is one book thulaa kaaveri puraanam in tamil.. all informations are there in that book. including cauvery pooja. after third aadi you may do puja and take bath in the river cauvery. now a days all river water are contaminated and is not fit to take bath or doing pujja. you may do in the place where cauvery river starts to flow.
