Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated karela
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1 boiled potato, mashed
- 20gm low fat paneer, crumbled
- 1/4 cup boiled green peas, mashed
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, crumbs
- Salt to taste
- 2 green chillies
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Apply salt on the karela and keep it aside for sometime. Then squeeze the water out of it
- Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and make round tikkis
- Cook them on a non stick pan with oil till golden brown on both sides
- Serve hot with chutney
