Re 1 per Kg rice, Health Insurance and the proposed permanent houses for all citizens are all wonderful schemes. Definitely he has to be honoured for this.

Yeah! this friend of me confirms that the deity is a prathyaksha varaprasaadhi. He says when he was in a fix and wanted to have a மனைவி and also a துணைவி simultaneously the boon was granted immediately by this modern God.
 
if khushboo & mgr can have temples, why not MK?

people of our community may not like him. but check out his popularity among the lower echelons of tamil society. he is revered for many benefits he has brought them.

no less a person than ratan tata has rated him the best administrator in india and tamil nadu the best run state. yes, we cannot rest on our laurels, but once in a while, instead of poking fun or complaints, let us too, join the rest of tamil tribes, and provide kudos. it is long due from us.
 
what a great inititative.
how blessed the people are to have such a performing( art) government.
it is really the golden period. forget about guptas.

people have everthing free, tv, free land, gas stove, Rice @1 rs and what not.
& most imporatantly bountiful offer during elections( you name any item and you get it)
any worry about elections. absolutely not.
People are so happy and other states are so envious of Tamil Nadu.
full time cine functions, never ending praise offers, five days of holiday
to all Schools and Colleges,(teachers and students so happy)
 
its an age old tradition of indians,to idolise their patrons.doctor mk is the living proof.having two wives and harem of women,is subject to affordability.while its a personal and private matter,by virtue of being a public persona,bouquets and brickbats,are part of life.i am glad a gopuram is being by the beneficiaries of dr.mk.what greater tribute can a man have than this,by the people who love him dearly.congrats tamizhs,vaazgha tamizh,vazhga vayyagam.
 
Karunanidhi vasai astothram

Unfortunately it has been removed. I only hope that there is a temple for Karunanidhi, Periyar etc everywhere in Tamilnadu. Brahmins should ensure their traditional rights to perform pooja in these temples. Performing archana with vasai astothram will definitely cure all sins of a birth in this period!

Very Nice,

We can now expect a பகுத்தறிவு விளக்கம் from the பாசறை.

A really tiresome effort will be there to explain how it is different from the மூடநம்பிக்கை கடவுள் of the Hindus.

There will be special thiruvizha dates earmarked for this Naveena pagutharivu Kadavul, at least 3-4 times in a calander year.

NO! NO! NO! A temple is not enough. Please someone come out with a Karunanidhi Ashtothram, Karunanidhi Namavali, Karunanidhi Sahasranamam, Kanimozhi Ashtothram, Namavali etc etc, and what is his 2 wives' names?, I forgot, so what, an ashtothram, namavali and sahasranamam in their names too !!!!!!!

It would be a waste of my spit even to spit on the temple.
 
Karunanidhi was perhaps the first politician who founded Kalaignar Karunanidhi Nagar, when he was very much alive, misusing the office of Chief Minister. Now, Mayavathi follows his footsteps.

We may soon expect Karunanidhi District, Karunanidhi University, Karunanidhi Street in every town, Karunanidhi Super Speciality Hospital, Karunanidhi Ashram, Karunanidhi Veda Patasala, Karunanidhi Music & Dance College, Karunanidhi college of Arts & Crafts etc.

Karunanidhi, who derives pride in calling himself an atheist, wants to perpetuate his name in the annals of history, by hook or crook.

I think MK was suggesting or hinting that he may not be averse to a temple for him. His visit to the "Golden Temple" in vellore, and Shaking hands with Satya Sai Baba whom he described as "க்ரோடன்ஸ் தலையன்" decades back are only indications well taken by his பக்தா s. They may even have this Subrabhatham daily with பக்தி பரவசம் . கள்(ள ) குடி கொண்ட கடவுளே
பள்ளி எழுவாய் ! துள்ளி வருவாய்!
After all he lifted the prohibition & was responsible for free availability of liquor in the state

கருணாலய நிதியே தினமும் உன்
சரணாம் புஜம் கதியே

This could well become the signature song for his temple in Hindolam

I enjoyed the expression in the word 'கள்(ள)'. Particularly the letter 'ள' in bracket speaks so many stories and punfull. Please try to complete this suprabhatham in its full form. Only two lines you have composed now. Await the rest. Obviously there is a kavignar in you, which you have proved many times in this form, and you may become 'arasavaik kavignar' with the blessings of this god, if you c omplete this suprabhatham to the satisfaction of this god! Congrats and kindly keep it up!

I have few more stanzas to complete the Subrabhatham I am hesitant if the humor is turning toxic.I know I should not avoid humor for the fear that it may turn toxic Way out? Improve the skills I will polish my skills and post them avoiding any trace of toxins Jambu:peep:
