Ividam Swargamanu is a nice movie. Matthew created a paradise (it is a paradise) on a 3 acre plot on the bank of a river. One guy from Mumbai saw it, liked it....wants to own it. He approached a real estate dealer who took the advance to sell it.... Matthew had no idea! This movie about all the dirty games played in the real estate and land registration... one has to see it to realise the depth of the games!
