Electricity fault complaints....do...

Looks like public are the only culprit and liable to be fined.
Administration and Government is no way responsible.
No Rules and Regulations implies on them.
They are NEVER responsible for any Problems. They are not to be Blamed.
Elected Govts will come and go and they will get fancy salaries and perks . Dept staff will get salaries raised every year and also shamelessly take pension ; All from our money
Citizens are the only who will work... Who will suffer the pain and endure ...will pay tax... Will pay fine...accept all tax raises etc to keep the government coffers filled. ..
our pains are their comforts /pleasures !
This should be changed
And is only possible if we spread the message among public, raise awareness & raise our voice.
