Ask yourself whether you are happy, and you will cease to be so - John Stuart Mill

Of cheerfulness, or a good temper, the more it is spent, the more it remains - Ralph Waldo Emerson

In fact as you share your joy, the happiness multiplies...When we experience joy & other positive emotions (passion, laughter, excitement etc) our brain is flooded by serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters...This makes our brain function better and faster...We get more creative and become more sociable..This is scientifically proven

If our mind is free from all negative thoughts and calm, we feel happly always. Namum santhosama irrukalam, nammai suttrilum nalla vibration irukkum.

Atthanikkum aasaipadu - Jaggi vasudev
Kanavu kaanungal - abdul kalaam.

If we do not have any aasai or dream we cannot improve our life. Fix the budget and achieve the target. We are very happy when we achieve our target.
