house hold poojas and rituals...how to make grihastas eligible to conduct/perform....

I am coming again!
I am interested in Brahmin Grihastas getting benefits of common poojas and rituals from good qualified and satisfactory brahmins in the name of purohits/vadyars/gurukkals.
They are not enough in number to cater the community.
How to improve?
How to satisfy grihastas?
Sometime back I floated a similar mail!
Pl come out with your suggestions!
