All the hard core criminals are a breed apart. They do not have any caste, religion, region, language etc.

When the conspirator and the executor are one and the same person, there is no confusion.

When they are different, both share the blame equally and deserve equal/same punishment.

Man being a rational animal, a person cannot be allowed to escape the punishment, by saying "I am only a puppet in the hands of so and so person". This defence is not acceptable anywhere.

A criminal is a criminal irrespective religion, caste, language or religion.

Isolating criminals from the society is the best thing any one can do to the society.
