Grahaprevesam - should not be done on which month.

Dear Learned Elders,
we have renovated the ground floor of our house. we have not fully vacated the premises. Just shifted from ground to 1st floor. Now want to go back to new renovated ground floor. our astrologer fixed 1st Aug. as suitable date based on housewife nakshatram Avittam. but some people say AAdimonth is not good. But Pambu panchangam says only AAni, purattasi, margazhi and panguni to be avoided. can some one clarify.

grahaparavesam should not be done in aani, aadi porattasi and in margali and panguni . genarally sunday is a holiday. in the same manner aadi is not useful for any subham.
