Some of the NGOs viz like this one (Bailancho Saad) needs to be really appreciated for the real good work they are doing ...
If some one is found mentally unstable or with abnormal behavior....they needs to be treated for their ailment... confining them in a room and serving food through slit in door and allowed to live for nearly 20 years in room without electricity and with urine all around....!!
Hope her agony came to an at least after 20 years

Goa Police Rescues Woman Confined in Dark Room for Last 20 Years
In a shocking incident, a woman, currently in her 50's, was found to be 'confined' in a room in her parents' house for the last twenty years for her 'abnormal behaviour' in Candolim village near Panaji, on Tuesday, the police said.
The woman, locked in a dark room which has been her world for the last two decades, was rescued after an NGO alerted the police. A senior police official said:
The woman was locked in a dark room of her parents’ house currently occupied by her two brothers and their family members. She was being served food and water through a window.
