Dear well wishers,
I am a 38 year old male. I am not regularly doing sandya vandanam. But i use to chant only Gayathri mantra in my mind during driving. I like to know can i just chant only Gayathri Mantra or do i need to do before and after steps for Gayathri Mantra?
This is my first post in this forum and i feel this website will help me to en-light and will help me to drive on the right path to make me a complete man.
