Hyderabad: In order to beat the competition in the transport industry, state run transport service has come up with an innovative idea - to give WiFi services for free to its customers.

This intranet WiFi will be initially offered in the long distance routes of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Tirupathi and Bangalore in the Vennela, Garuda and Garuda Plus services.
According to the offer, users can avail free WiFi service for one hour travel period. With an additional 10 rupees they can use the service during the entire of their journey. In a bid to fight the severe competition from private operators in the industry, APSRTC is bringing this offer. Each bus will have a computer with 50 movies, 400 song videos. People can see these on their respective gadgets with the intranet WiFi.
