Most asians have genes prone to DM. some exercise tips.5 times a week exercise is a must.moderate exercise is more useful than very severe..... especially for those whose heart is not accustomed.alternate cardiac work out with flexibility work out.CARDIAC can be treadmill, orbitrek like instrumentsFLEXIBILITY can be yoga, pilates, or kundaliniCONTACT YOUR doc before starting an exercise schedule, to rule out any major illnesses which can affect your schedules
 
Hello Sandhyav, True ,its the fact . but one of the reasons that can be is the inclusion of more carbohydrates,in form of RICE ,less of fibers,work -output /sedentary type of work.will continue later.
