Evening/Sleep Rituals

Namaste all,

Are there any specific rites or rituals to do during the evening and before one goes to sleep? I read that washing the feet, hands and face and then offering up all the days' actions to God before sleep is practiced. Is this accurate? Thanks.

That is great! However dedicate every action to God before you do. It wouldn't then bother you as to how it turned out.
