I am giving the translation the way I understood.

This conversations revolves around a youth involving his parents and friend.

When he clears the exams ( with good rank):

Mother : Its God's grace
Father : After all whose son he is
Friend : come let's go for drink

If he fails in exams

Mother : Anda college kku kolli vai
Father : too much pampering spoiled him
Friend : come let's go for drink

If he gets a job

Mother : take care of your health
Father : do it with dedication ( work hard)
Friend : come let's go for a drink

If he loses the job

Mother : The job itself was bad
Father : No problem, You will get another
Friend : come let's go for drink

On his birth day

Mother : long live my son!
Father : march ahead always
Friend :come let's go for drink

On the occasion of his marriage

Mother : Live always in prosperity
Father : Be happy always
Friend :come let's go for drink

If he is blessed with a child

Mother : He or She just looks like my son
Father : be happy always
Friend :come let's go for a drink

If his love affair backfires

Mother : just forget her
Father : Be a man
friend : come let's go for drink

Moral of the story is the entire world may change but friend will never change.
