Does the Child in the Womb undergo suffering?

I had done countless ultrasounds and never seen anything like this.

I dont think its 100% right.Never seen worms in the uterus also.

May be we should not take it literally..it might have deeper meanings.
A child consciousness might be developing and the so called "worms" etc might just represent the painful sufferings of repeated life and death.

Birth is a a stressful even for both mother and child and baby does go through some amount of distress too.
