It is on account of a contagion effect caused by China's financial woes & US increasing the interest rates! But low oil prices will be a blessing in disguise! It will not only control the $ outflows but will also keep a tight leash on inflation! It will help RBI Governor to further reduce interest rates which will boost the GDP growth!
