Clarification on holding seemantham on or after 15.6.2018

My daughter in law is in the family way and will complete 7 months on 15.6.2018. Her star is Kettai-rashi vrishchikam and that of my son is Hastham, Kanni rashi. The function has to be performed either at Kanpur(UP) or Bengaluru. I request my learned friends in the forum to guide me.
