Choosing a Lagnam for Grahaparavesam

Thula Lagnam is a chara lagnam. Vaakya Panchangam says that chara lagnam is not suitable for performing Grahapravesam, whereas Thirukanidha panchangam specifies Thula lagnam as suitable for performing Grahapravesam. Which is correct?

i would like to know a graha pravesam dates in november,2011. My name is indumathi , nakshathra is karthigai and my husband's name is Suresh , nakshathra is karthigai and my just born dauhter name is Aradhana, nakshathra is Ashwini.
Please do help with an auspicious dates this november ,2011 between 15th to 29th nov.
