During tsunami Rs 10,000/- was given by means of a/c payee cheque.
But it is said that on the pretext that all are not having bank a/cs the cheques are paid as open in cash and 75% of the proceeds had gone to the ruling party.
Of course now people are with a little bit more awareness to raise their voice.
