I have always thought on the aftermath of 26/11 that had such a thing happened to Israel or the USA, Pakistan would have ceased to exist by now. We Indians are a patient lot. I agree that we cannot go and nuke Pakistan at will but to give royal treatment to Kasab (the judge asking him caringly what he wants) and Rs.50000/-per day to his lawyer, we are the laughing stock of this world.
