We would be visiting India shortly and many subha karyams are planned. We would want to hire a Brahmana Maami who can cook tastefully for some auspicious events. Does anyone here have any leads on this. We can pay whatever she wants and even more if her services are good. We want to use this as an oppurtunity to help her and also get things done. I could easily order food outside but prefer not to. This would be a mutually beneficial exercise. Please advice anyone.
