All purpose Tomato pickle.



Ingredients



1/2 kg tomatoes.

Crush or grind or cut into very small pieces


Til oil.100grams.

Hing.

Bedekar pickle masala,

salt

Method



Heat oil in a kadai.

Add 1/4 spoon hing,then add tomatoes. Close with a lid.in-between mix it.


Bedekar masala contains salt. So add little less salt.



When the oil came out add 2 tbs of pickle masala mix and switch off gas.

This we can keep in the fridge and use for 3 weeks.

Good side dish for

With parathas, bread, idly dosa,appam


If bedekar pickle masala is not available use any other brand. Taste will be very good if you are using Bedekar brand pickle masala
