I dont use microwave and I dont eat microwaved food.
As I am getting older, I have noticed that my body only requires 1 meal a day(lunch)
Breakfast and Dinner is just milk.

I have warm milk for breakfast.
Early lunch( moderate meal)
For Dinner I take a warm glass of milk with a little bit of date extract to give it some flavor.
