Some of us have our sons and daughters settled in foreign land and they are not aware of all the legal formalities of inhering your property.
To avoid any legal battle of inheriting your property by your sons and daughter, i suggest please make a settlement deed with the help of your advocate; make a copy of this settlement document and give them a copy each one of them.
Also mention where you kept the original document in the Drop Box which is shared with them.
