ADHERENCE OF STAR BIRTHDAY

My grandson's star birthday is CHITHIRAI in Maasi month. This year it falls twice one at the beginning and the other in the last of the month. Which one I should adhere?

14-02-2020 மாசி மாதம் சித்ரை நக்ஷத்திரம் பகல் 12 மணி வரையே உள்ளது. .12-03-2020 சித்திரை நக்ஷத்திரம் இரவு 8 மணி வரை உள்ளது. 13-02-2020 அன்று மாலை 4 மணி அளவில் தான் மாசி மாதமே பிறக்கிறது.

திருக்கணித பஞ்சாங்கப்படி 13-02-2020 மாலை 3 மணிக்குதான் மாசி மாதமே பிறக்கிறது. 14-02-2020 அன்று காலை பிறக்கிறது. காலை 7-30மணிக்கே சுவாதி நக்ஷத்ஹ்டிரம் வந்து விடுகிறது. ஆதலால் 12-03-2020 சித்திரை நக்ஷத்திரம் மலை 4 மணி வரை உள்ளது. ஆதலால்
12-03-2020 அன்று தான் செய்ய வேன்டும்.

My grandson's star birthday is CHITHIRAI in Maasi month. This year it falls twice one at the beginning and the other in the last of the month. Which one I should adhere?

While many suggest that the latter one in the month is preferable, i tend to think that the one closest to the English birthday is possibly the right one when it comes to observance of the birthday or performing any ayush homam etc. Of course when it comes to other bhagvat-karyam - why not do it on both?
