AAP is engaging the police to make them accountable. The video depicts a mindset on treatment of poor people . police relieve them of money on petty offences with threats ,manhandling and confining them to jail on defiance. there is a need for police reforms. It has to start from the top brass who collect money thru constables to feed their political masters. then these fellows are poorly paid and used in houses of officers as security and end up doing domestic work for memsahibs. a major chunk do security VIP duty at taxpayers expense. not many are left for their normal job of policing and keeping law and order.tranferring to delhi state may not be a solution. keeeping out the corrupt politicians and upper brass of police indulging in corruption and ending vip culture and security duties for vipsand improving the salaries and working hours of ordinary policemen can do a lot
