In case death happened on ramanavami day the clarification desired is whether varshabdhi after the year also will fall on next ramanasvami in year 2019.

Respected Gopalan Sir,
The death thithi of a deceased person is the thithi at the time of death.
It was ashtami thithi for 3.29 nAzhigais (after Sunrise) on
2018 Ramanavami day.
Suppose the death had happened before 3.29 nAzhigais,
ashtami has to be taken as the thithi.
So, the time of death should be given for calculation.
Am I correct Sir?
