Dear friends
I came across the sloka in this forum earlier however the version I have learnt is as flollows:

Kyatha Shree Ramadhootha
Pavana Thanubhava pingalaksha shikhavaan
seetha shokaapahaari dasamukha vijayee
Lakshmanapraanadhaathaa
Aanethaa bheshajaadre lavana jalanidher langane dikshithyo
veera shrimann hanumaan mama hrudi nivasan kaarya sidhhim thano thu.
