'The Madras High Court Bench here has denied anticipatory bail to a woman who had allegedly cheated many men by
marrying them without disclosing her previous marriages and extorted money from them by threatening to commit
suicide. The court held that custodial interrogation of the woman was absolutely necessary to extract truth. Dismissing
her advance bail application, Justice S. Vaidyanathan said: “This case reminds me of a Tamil movie, ‘Naan Avan Illai’,
in which the hero cheats four ladies and marries them by portraying different characters. The petitioner herein, who is
a lady, has gone one step forward and is alleged to have married five persons so as to call herself as ‘Naan Aval Illai’.'

Hey Everyone!
Why drag Draupadi in?
I have noted that whenever there is a case of 1 woman with multiple men..even in movies everyone says Panchali etc.
Draupadi was a virtuous woman(even though she had some faults like ego and pride)
The woman here in this case is a fraud who cheated all men for personal gain.
Draupadi was never a fraud...she did her duty well as wife of the Pandavas..loved all her husbands..suffered enough too.... and earned enough merit that even the Avatar came to the rescue when she was being disrobed.
That itself shows how pure a woman she is.
I am quite sure if anyone of us females get disrobed..no Avatar is going to come to give us endless garment..we would be photographed the shots/video would go viral online.
So guys...can we discuss this case of the Naan Aval Illai without the need to degrade Draupadi?
She was the wife of Arjuna too who got the Geeta. How much elevated can she be?
I feel to admire the purity of Draupadi we need to see beyond bodily relationships and sex.

We all know the purity of Panchali and that is why I wrote 'modern' Panchali.Many modern women don't care about their virtue!
Modern women are far more virtuous than the traditional ones.
Modern is just a label they wear.
They may be modern in terms of dresses, be less ritualistic.
They are more open , honest and some say they are atheists also, work for social causes they are passionate about,are wonderful as friends and wives.
They demand more equality between sexes and walk out if they get a bad deal or husband cheats on them.
They do not continue for lifetime in bad marriages only cursing their husbands and fate.

My suggestion to a modern woman will be:
Demand and get recognition for women's sexuality treating it as your birth right.
Dont live with a man if he cheats, treats you badly or rubs his ego on you to make you feel like a worm.
Respect elders only as long as they respect your rights mentioned in 1 and 2 above. The moment you find that they do not respect your rights, move away from them. The world is large enough and you can live with dignity without these elders around.
and finally, never allow this enthusiasm to live independently with dignity go to your head. That would cause you a lot of difficulties as the right balance is the key to successful life in this world. Keep your feed back circuit in tact like the feedback circuit of a servo motor.

I dont think anyone of us want to strive for the virtuous tag...that just some indirect form of subjugation and expectation.
Virtuousity and purity are imposed by insecure men on womenfolk to prevent their running away from them for better men.
Someone even talked about Draupadi being equally devoted to all her husbands and managing all of them using their plus points.
She called on krishna when the husbands did not protect her.
Our modern women assume the role Kali to vanquish those who stalk and force themselves on her.

No matter how much a Kali can make anyone a Shava(corpse)....she only feels complete when she is the ornament of the left half of Shiva.

One may not separate, one may just tolerate each other and call it coexistance.
Men normally get over powered as they grow old .Due to age difference. spouse who is younger calls most of the shots.
This is normally the reverse of earlier years just after marriage.
