Have heard about these ?. These are sold by vendors in தள்ளு வண்டி especially during festivals and in selected street corners always in Madurai. I have never tasted them First is something like Faluda & 2 the second is Halwa Any information on these 2 are welcome Jambu:noidea:

I have seen Bheema Bhusti Halwa during my college days at Trichy almost forty years back. Near Trichy Junction, there use to be a moving cart carrying this halwa.


I have no idea about Jigardhanda.

to: Dr,TNJ sir, this jigarthanda and Bheema busti halwa are all time favourite items at Salem Bose Maidhan. I have tasted during my school days and attending Political meetings at that huge ground. Now you can do it in your Home, just watch DD pothigai channel at 4 pm and sat 12noon. Just taste it you will never ferget it.Sorry for sugar patients.s.r.k.
