The name SEMMOZHI MANADU since world tamil samngam didn't approve the dates given by MK and the tamilians around the world doesn't accept him as one and only tamizhina thalaivar. They know the way to collect money and to project him as the one and only leader. When the MPs visited Srilanga T.R balu insisted to the tamilians kalaingar only the leader and no one. He had this courage after the anouncement of prbahakaran's death.

Most of the DMK persons visted ooty, mysore and so many tourist places around and showed the people how the DMK persons will behave.

Who doesn't know tamil got semmozhi viruthu only because he wrote sindu scripts are dravidian scripts. This theory is not accepted by central govt and the researchers. Everyone praised Mr.Kalduvel who is the christian priest who is the main person to make the false theory to propagate christianity and he is used tamil as a tool. No surprise these politicians are using tamil as a tool for their politics.


The manadu used to show Mks power and wealth. Feasably it helped for tamil and the Covai city development.

OOPS its all happen in kazhaka atchiyil.

Apart from this Mr.Sivathambi and somebody insisted sanskrit and tamil are pillars of india's culture.

Apart from this there is no way for Mk to avoid thamiz thatha & suryanarayana sasthri worked for tamil. Tholkapiar also TNB. But I feel our community missed this oppurtunity to make some points about our communities services for tamil. In future our people should not miss like this to show we also here without seeing the negative and oppose.

MK was just two years junior to my father at Board High School, Tiruvarur.

He always gives respect to his schoolmates even at this age.

His origional political guru was Ramanuja Mudaliar(RM) at Tiruvarur. RM belonged to justice party and was Chairman of Tiruvarur Municipality. RM had just one daughter.

RM and Vadapathimangalam Somasundara Mudaliar (VS)
are relatives and were living opposite to each other in the same street at Tiruvarur.

VS was one of the richest land lords those days in Tamilnadu. VS had 1000 Veli (approx. 6000 acres) and Thiagarajaswamy temple had 1000 Veli. VS transfered one Veli in Thiagarajaswami temple name to keep Him above. VS was also hereditary trustee of Thiayagarajaswami temple.VS didn't had any issue.

VS wanted to take a `Sweekaram' and selected RM's brother's son V S Thiagaraja Mudaliar. RM was furious that entire property has gone to his brother's son. In the temple also the first honour (Mudal Mariyadai) was accorded to VS only.

RM identified MK to create problems for VS.

Tiruvarur temple car is most famous. The first slogan of MK was

ஏரோட்டும் உழவர்கள் ஏங்கி தவிக்கையிலே தேரோட்டம் உனக்கெதற்கு தியாகேசா

When the poor farmers are suffering why Lord Thiagasa should go in temple car.

MK was suffering for day to day living and RM supported him those days. Since RM was a elite upper caste Mudaliar, he couldn't admit MK at his house freely which has gone into MK's mind. Even today he doesn't like Mudaliar community and condemns them indirectly.

Those days eminent Tamil Scholars like Vidhvan Rathina Desikar and others taught Tamil at Tiruvarur School. MK developed his interest in Tamil from those days. One can hate MK but not his Tamil.

No one can hate his tamil.

I never hate him or his tamil since I cannot hate a person.

I hate his charactors not entirely. He has some managemental charectors, Skilled politician and I liked them very much.

It may be semmozi manadu, If DMK catches power in next election only semmozhi manadu will be there and no other tamilnadu in India.

What is the need of Tholkappiar thamiz sangam when there is already one thamiz sangam?

Finally, the president of IATR in his interview has observed that the Dravidian party which was started against brahmins achieved its goal before 1980s. After that, they use Tamil (& தமிழன்ஸ்) for their own benefits.

செம்மொழி மாநாடு Tamil Chemmozhi Maanadu.

I watched most of the programs telecast of Tamil Chemmozhi Conference in Visual Media.Most of the speakers spent time in showering generous compliments on their Leader, than giving any thing worthwhile on the Chemmozhi. Even the Leader had to intervene and caution the speakers to stop spending time on praising him. Tamil spiritual literature which played very significant part in revival of Tamil Language by Alwars, Nayanmars and Siddhars were not given its importance or rather ignored in this Conference. Again the great Tamil Poets like Bharathi, Desikavinayagam Pillai, Namakkal Ramalingam Pillai and others who played an important part in the freedom movement were not given their importance.

Interestingly the unfortunate part was the issue of Special commemorative Postage Stamp released on June, 27, 2010 on "Ulaga Thamizh Chemmozhi Maanadu - Kovai-2010, the change of the Tamil Words in the LOGO of the "Ulaga Thamizh Chemmozhi Maanadu - Kovai-2010" into Hindi."Visva saastriya thamil sammelan - Kovayi - 2010". The Minister in charge of this ministry concerned was DMK's own person in the Cabinet. That is the state of encouragement for Chemmozhi after spending crores of Rupees by the guardians of Tamil !
