The Kālikāmbal Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shri Kāligāmbāl and Lord Kamadeswarar, located in Parry's corner locality of the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The temple is located in Thambu Chetty Street. It is very busy street and travelling by car is very difficult and no parking. It is a 3000 year old temple which was relocated in 1640. Chtrapati shivaji has visited before he was conferrred the title Chatrapati. Adi Sankrachariar had also visited the temple and softened the Kali maatha. It is said that if you worship at Chidambaram, if you think of Tiruvannamalai, if you set foot in Kalaiyar temple, if you are born in Tiruvarur, you will get moksha.Similarly, taking kunguma prasad at Parrys Kalikampal temple will lead to elevation in life and moksha.
